HAUNTED ASTORIA ACTIVITES 2019

 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25

WRITER'S SHOWCASE & AWARDS

3 - 5 pm Tarot readings

5 - 6 pm Dramatic readings

6 pm  2019 Winners Announced!

Our theme this year was  Underground Astoria and writers were challenged to write a short story in 1200 words or less.  A sampling of the submissions will be read live by thespians from Astor Street Opry Company:  Ashley Mundel and Patricia Von Vontage.

INFERNO LOUNGE

Spirited music & Dance until closing at Pier 11 (end of 11th Street).

KALA PRESENTS AIMEE WARD

This is  an intriguing art-performance piece called Sun In Her Throat .  $20.  7:30 doors open. Performance begins at 8 pm. 1017 Marine Drive. For audiences 21 & up.

THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW

Astor Street Opry Company.  Doors open at 8.  Movie begins at 9.  $10 admission or $15 for all the goodies to go with!  Costume Contest and 50/50 raffle.
